Teresa Gore RDH: Teresa grew up in Gadsden, Alabama and graduated from Southside High School. She presently lives in Rainbow City and is married to Kenny Gore. They have a 14 year old son named Mason. Away from the office she and her husband stay busy with their ministry at church and with their son at the soccer field.
She has been with Smiles by Lynch since May of 2000. In 1988 she began as a dental assistant, later in 1994 she graduated from The Alabama Dental Hygiene Program at UAB where she received her degree as a dental hygienist. Since then she has continued her education by attending AACD, Dental Boot Kamp, Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the Productive Dentist Academy. She is the office manager and New Patient Coordinator. Teresa enjoys building personal and professional relationships with her patients while helping fulfill their dental needs. Our patients feel relaxed and reassured after seeing her because of her tender care and gentle touch.

Jane Banister RDH: Jane grew up in Coosa County where she graduated from Good Water High School. Jane moved to the Golden Springs area in 1969 and has remained in this area. Jane has one son, Will, who lives in the Birmingham area. Jane is very active in her church and bakes the best bread in Calhoun County.
Jane has been in dentistry since 1963. She started out as a dental assistant and then attended the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program at UAB where she received her degree as a dental hygienist in 1977. She is the Treasurer for the Alabama Dental Assistants Association. She has continued her education by attending AACD, Dental Boot Kamp, Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the Productive Dentist Academy. Jane is our Financial Coordinator as well as our Insurance Specialist. Over the years she has became a favorite to many patients.

Heather Cortez RDH: Heather grew up as an Army brat and has lived all over the country. She graduated from Ellison High School in Killeen, Texas. Presently she lives in Weaver, Alabama. She is married to Chris Cortez and they have 4 children. They spend most of their time ministering to the youth at their church and going on various youth retreats.
Heather began her career in dentistry in 1995 as a dental assistant. In November of 1999 she joined the Smiles by Lynch team. In June of 2001 she graduated from The Alabama Dental Hygiene Program at UAB where she received her degree as a dental hygienist. Since then she has continued her education by attending AACD, Dental Boot Kamp, Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the Productive Dentist Academy. She is a practicing hygienist and is the Inventory Control Specialist. She enjoys meeting and maintaining relationships with her patients while attaining their dental needs. Her patients love her gentle touch and upbeat personality.

Karin Roach RDH: Karin grew up in McCrory, Arkansas where she graduated from McCrory High School. Currently she lives in Southside. She is married to Ricky and they have 2 daughters and 6 grandchildren. They spend a lot of their time going to their grandchildren’s games and school activities. Karin and her husband active members at their church and enjoys taking their motorcycle on weekend getaways.
Karin has been with Smiles by Lynch since 2003. She has been in dentistry for 25 years. In 1984 she began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in Bastrop Louisiana. After 17 years as a dental assistant she graduated from The Alabama Dental Hygiene Program at UAB where she received her degree as a dental hygienist. Since then she has continued her education by attending AACD, Dental Boot Kamp, Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Productive Dentist Academy. She is a practicing hygienist and is the Soft Tissue Specialist. Karin enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with her patients. Her patients love her attention to detail and thorough care.

Christy Bray DA: Christy was raised in Anniston, Alabama where she graduated from Saks High School. Currently she lives in White Plains. Christy is the devoted mother of her son Nick. Presently she is engaged to Anniston City Police office, Brian Brockman. They will be married in April of 2010. In her off time she is very involved at her church and her son’s extracurricular activities.
She has been with Smiles by Lynch since August of 2002. In October of 2002 she attended the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Since then she has continued her education by attending AACD, Dental Boot Kamp, Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the Productive Dentist Academy. She is an assistant to Dr. Lynch, and our Invisalign coordinator. Christy enjoys developing friendships with her patients while taking care of their dental needs. Patients feel confident when Christy is at their side because of the care and concern she shows and the level of knowledge she has.

Clarissa Ragland: Clarissa was born in Huntsville, Alabama and was a graduate of Guntersville High School. She is married to aspiring singer Tio Ragland. She is the mother of 8 year old Cole, who keeps her busy. Clarissa is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Clarissa is a 2005 graduate of the Esthetic Aveda Institute in Louisiana. She joined the Smiles by Lynch team in early 2009 as our Front Office Coordinator. She has continued her education by attending AACD, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the Productive Dentist Academy. Clarissa is an expert at Dental scheduling and quite the ambassador for our office. Her professional demeanor is just one of the many qualities that makes her an asset to our dental family!

Leah Davidson DA: Leah grew up in Georgia and graduated from Fayette County High School. Presently she lives in Wedowee. Leah is the worship leader for Community Life Church in Roanoke. Her husband Brandon is currently a nurse pursuing a career as a CRNA. They have a beautiful 2 year old daughter Tyla and are expecting their son Luke at the end of March 2010.
In February 2009 she joined the Smiles by Lynch team. During October of 2009 she attended The Academy of General Dentistry and Productive Dentist Academy. She is an assistant to Dr. Lynch and a CEREC specialist. Leah enjoys making her patients smile while providing for their dental needs. Her laughter is heard throughout the office and her jovial personality helps to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
